<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box which is made of a foamed sheet that can substitute for a conventional corrugated cardboard box, and which has such high withstand load in a vertical direction that even when the packing boxes with goods packed therein are stacked, the lower packing box is not crushed. <P>SOLUTION: The packing box 1 is made of the foamed sheet which is obtained by integrally laminating by means of heat fusion bonding: a cap film on which many protrusions are formed to expand in a hollow state; a back film which forms many independent foams between the cap film and the back film by enclosing air in the protrusions; and a liner film provided on the apex side of the protrusions. The packing box 1 is formed by cutting the foamed sheet into blanks and assembling the blanks into a box shape, wherein support parts 2 for supporting flaps 4a and 4b while being in contact with the inner surfaces of the longitudinal surfaces 3a opposite to each other are disposed between the longitudinal surfaces 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
