Provided are a method for executing a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) for a terminal set with a plurality of serving cells, and a terminal using the method. The method comprises the steps of: receiving uplink-downlink (UL-DL) setting information on a time division duplex (TDD) wireless frame used in a first serving cell and a second serving cell, through the first serving cell; receiving data from a subframe n of the second serving cell; and transmitting an acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signal for the data from a subframe n + kSCC(n) of the first serving cell connected to the subframe n of the second serving cell.
