According to one embodiment of the disclosed method, the wireless communication method is performed in a mobile terminal which can be connected to a plurality of communication networks. The wireless communication method includes: (a) confirming whether or not data communication is performed using a second communication network; (b) if the second communication network is in use, performing a health check through a first communication network; and (c) if the health check is successfully performed, the data communication is performed using the first communication network.
