<p>The embodiments of the present invention relate to a charging method and device. The method includes: a charging gateway obtains a service failure indication; the charging gateway returns quota or fee to a user account according to the service failure indication and the use record of the service. With the charging method and device provided by the embodiments of the present invention, after informed of the service failure, an application function entity notifies the charging gateway to perform quota return or fee return according to the use record of the service, or the application function entity informs a bearer layer device to perform quota return or fee return according to the use record of the service, thereby the charging accuracy can be improved.</p> |
