PURPOSE: A learning system based on game dynamics and a method thereof are provided to impact on motivation to learn and drive persistent learning, thereby enhancing learning efficacy. CONSTITUTION: A learning content database(910) defines the target points of learning event. A learning process unit(100) allocates a learning content to a participant, and proceeds learning course while managing the event logs of the participant's reaction to the object in the learning content. A progress management unit(310) analyzes event logs of learning by checking the progressed achievement to target achievements on each learning event, thereby enabling quantitative evaluation of learning results. A learning reward unit(330) processes rewarding to the participant for the achievement evaluated by the progress management unit.
