<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optical waveguide that enables different waveguide patterns on a plane substrate or a substrate that is not plane. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing an optical waveguide includes the steps of: providing a substrate, coating resin on the substrate and hardening the resin to form a coating part; providing a container provided with a nozzle and filling the container with a waveguide material to then inject the waveguide material to the coating part through the nozzle; and irradiating the waveguide material with UV light, thereby hardening the waveguide material and adhering it to the coating part, to form the waveguide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
