<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable composition maintaining such an advantage of an ultraviolet-curable material that it is cured in a short time without requiring mixing or heating and allowing curing of a part (a dark part) which is out of the reach of irradiating light; and a cured product produced by using the ultraviolet-curable composition. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable composition includes the ultraviolet-curable material; and a chain transfer agent consisting of a compound containing at least one selected from a urethane bond, a urea bond and an isocyanate group, and a metal-containing compound. The ultraviolet-curable composition is constructed so that a part which is out of the reach of irradiating light can be cured.
