<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate sensor information associated with an unusable sensor of a system including a plurality of sensors in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: Sensor information is periodically acquired from the plurality of sensors and accumulated, and other sensors associated with the sensor information of each sensor are extracted.
