The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyimide laminate, the method being characterized by: forming, on a substrate, a thin film made of a polyamic acid solution composition; heating the obtained laminate, which is made up of the substrate and the thin film made of the polyamic acid solution composition, at least in a temperature range of above 150°C to below 200°C for 10 minutes or longer; and then heating the laminate in a temperature range in which the maximum temperature is 400°C to 550°C, to form a polyimide layer having a thickness of less than 50 µm on the substrate.
