PURPOSE: An electronic parking brake is provided to prevent damage or deformation of a gear caused by an abnormal operation. CONSTITUTION: An electric parking brake comprises a gear unit, a bolt screw(20), and a nut screw(30). The gear unit is rotated with the power of a driving member to transmit a driving force to the bolt screw. The bolt screw comprises a round bar(21) connected to the gear part and a bolt thread part connected to the round bar. The nut screw comprises a nut thread part(31) engaged with the bolt thread part to move the bolt screw according to the rotation of the bolt screw and an insertion part(32) connected to the nut thread part to insert the bolt thread part released from the nut thread part. |
