PURPOSE: A pipe reforming apparatus is provided to correct a form error over the whole circumference of a pipe by using a rotating unit capable of rotating on one direction or the opposite direction around a housing. CONSTITUTION: A pipe reforming apparatus comprises a housing(200), a tapered block(400), a plurality of sloping blocks(500), a plurality of pressure plates(600), a first hydraulic cylinder, and a base frame. The housing has a receiving space and a plurality of guide holes(220) which are radially arranged on the outer periphery around an axis and connected to the receiving space. The tapered block is inserted in the receiving space and allowed to reciprocate, and the tapered block has a plurality of first inclined surfaces(410) inclined along the axis. The plurality of sloping blocks are inserted in the respective guide holes and have second inclined surfaces(510) that are formed on a surface facing the tapered block and inclined on the same direction as the first inclined surfaces to contact the first inclined surfaces in a sliding manner. The plurality of pressure plates are coupled to the respective sloping blocks. The first hydraulic cylinder moves the tapered block in one or the opposite direction. The base frame lifts and moves lengthwise the housing. |
