SECONDARY BATTERY OF NOVEL STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to improve insulation resistance of the side of a laminate sheet and to prevent the inflow of moisture from outside by forming an electrically insulating layer on whole outer surface of a battery case. CONSTITUTION: In a secondary battery, an electrode assembly with a structure of positive electrode/separator/negative electrode is accepted into a battery case. The outer surface of the secondary battery is sealed through a heat sealing. In order to prevent the inflow of moisture from outside and to improve insulation resistance, an electrically insulative polymer coating layer(110) is formed on whole circumference of the battery case which comprises a side of a sealing part consisting of a side structure of an outer resin layer/metal barrier layer/inner sealant layer.
