PURPOSE: A jaw clutch is provided to transmit torque from an input shaft to an output shaft to an output shaft using an input saw-toothed plate and a transmission saw-toothed shaft and restrict the transmission of torque in the single direction. CONSTITUTION: A jaw clutch comprises an input saw-toothed plate(30), a transmission saw-toothed shaft(40), a friction plate(50), a friction plate connector(60), a one-way bearing(70), and an output plate(80). The input saw-toothed plate is inserted in an input housing(10) and rotated by being coupled with an input shaft. The transmission saw-toothed shaft comprises transmission saw teeth(42) engaging with input saw teeth(32) of the input saw-toothed plate and a plurality of contact plates(44). The friction plate has a disk shape and is arranged between the contact plates. The friction plate connector receives the contact plates and is coupled to the concavo-convex structure of the friction plate. The one-way bearing is installed inside the input housing and supports the friction plate connector to rotate in a specific direction. The output plate is installed in an output housing(20) and coupled with an output shaft, and the output plate receives the input saw-toothed plate and rotate by being coupled with the transmission saw-toothed shaft.
