FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building industry and namely to movable threaded connections. Threaded connection includes a lead screw and a nut. Nut has variable average diameter of thread, the law of variation of which is different for its first and last turns. Increment on middle turn is an intersection point of relationships. Increment variation law of average thread diameter for the first turns represents cubic function that is described by the following formula:where D- average thread diameter; D- standard average thread diameter; D - outer thread diameter; D- inner thread diameter; D- outer diameter of nut body; z - nut coordinate as to height; H - nut height; P - thread pitch; ? - angle of thread; Q- axial force at forward motion; Q- axial force at reverse motion; E - elasticity modulus of nut material; µ - Poisson ratio of nut material.EFFECT: optimum wear resistance of connection is provided.4 dwg
