FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to placing cement plugs for drilling new boreholes. Tube are run in the well to preset depth to inject preset amount of mortar and remove surplus. Then, tubes are withdrawn to cure said mortar and run in against the stop at cement plug to define its actual position. Note here that linear-corrugated expandable tubes are run in on drill string, provided with bottom shoe and jointed to drill string by adapter with left-hand thread, in the well with trouble zone prior to placing cement plug, at its bottom interval. Said linear-corrugates tube are expanded by hydraulic pressure to press them to well walls and to isolate trouble zone. Drill string is disconnected from expanded tubes. Cement plug actual position defined, new borehole is drilled.EFFECT: time and material saving, ruled out emergent conditions in drilling new bore, higher quality of cement plug.2 dwg |
