FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: device includes an external drum with a screw insert, a filter, an inlet nipple and filtrate and condensed fraction discharge nipples mounted inside it. The filter is arranged along the perimetre in the form of a multithread screw perforated surface with screw perforated grooves inside and outside the filter, positioned at an angle of 5°-45° relative to the filter rotation axis and represented by perforated pockets of curvilinear shape; the filter is composed of a single perforated strip folded into cylindrical coil interconnected along their longitudinal edges; the strip is bend wavelike to create screw perforated surfaces in the form of curvilinearly shaped pockets oriented in the same direction on the filter inside and outside; along the filter perimeter, the pockets may vary in both shape and size, the distance between the bend lines equal to the sum total of the perimetre lengths of the geometric figures of the inside and outside perforated surfaces pockets.EFFECT: design simplification, extension of technological capabilities and performance enhancement.7 dwg |
