The present invention relates to a nutritional composition allowing yielding benefits to the urinary tract, as well as to a food supplement containing said composition. According to the invention, in said nutritional composition D-mannose is associated with a pH stabiliser, which is arranged to maintain the pH in a range of values from about 6.0 to about 6.5 and which allows optimising the effectiveness of D-mannose. The present invention also relates to a kit of food supplements comprising a first food supplement containing the nutritional composition mentioned above and a second food supplement containing a second nutritional composition comprising D-mannose. |
