<p>This disclosure is directed towards a hydraulic pilot control system (28,79,82) which provides tactile feedback to a control lever (40) by using a hydraulic signal to provide the feedback. The hydraulic pilot control system (28,79,82) comprises a control lever (40), a hydraulic valve (33), a main hydraulic circuit (44) and a hydraulic feedback circuit. The hydraulic valve (33) is controlled by the control lever (40) and comprises at least on valve actuator responsive to movement of the control lever (40) for controlling pressurised hydraulic fluid in the main hydraulic circuit (44). The hydraulic feedback circuit is configured to provide a feedback signal indicative of a load to which the main hydraulic circuit (44) is subjected. The feedback signal is used to provide tactile feedback to the control lever (40).</p> |
