[Class 64 (ii).] In a heat-insulating partition composed of evacuated tubular cells 1 arranged one beside another and composed of airproof material of low thermal conductivity, the cells are filled up with powdered or filamentary material such as silk. The cells may be composed of airproof paper, asbestos; cellulose, textile materials, silk, cellophane, or hard rubber. The cells are enclosed in a frame 2, the spaces between the frame and the cells being filled with a non- conducting material. |
