[Class 38 (ii).] A method of producing electric condensers enclosed in a casing moulded from artificial resin &c. comprises forming two parts 1 premoulded under high pressure, about 250-300 kgs. per sq. cm., and low temperature, inserting the condenser between the two parts and uniting them at a comparatively low pressure, about 100 kgs. per sq. cm., and at high temperature, about 170� C. Beads 5 may be formed on the two parts, to facilitate the union, which are afterwards removed by grinding &c. |
