The device has detector array (8) which detects the scattered light. A specific portion branched prior to inlet (4) that supplies particle-laden sample gas to measured volume (2) is guided through filter assembly (10) in which majority of particles are removed. A feed nozzle (11) supplies particulate laden sample gas to surrounding washing chamber (12), with which the particles liberated gas surrounded by mouth of nozzle is fed to measured volume. The particle-laden sample gas and actual measured volume of light source (6) and light sink (7) are defined by detector array. |
