<p>An implementation method, apparatus and system for Computer-Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA) are disclosed by the present invention. The method includes that a Soft Automatic Call Distribution (SoftACD) receives a conference operation request issued by a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) server, wherein the conference operation request carries conference picture parameter; according to the conference picture parameter, the SoftACD executes a multi-media operation of a multi-picture at a multi-media conference. Adopting the method, the apparatus or the system of the present invention, it is possible, at the same time of or after creating the multi-media conference, to display videos, background audios, texts and images, or define video output, or implement video recording and other multi-media functions at the multi-media conference.</p> |
