PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink with a fan being capable of simply removing the fan forwarding air for a cooling from the heat sink and having an excellent heat-dissipating efficiency. SOLUTION: The heat sink with the fan has the fan for an air blasting, a radiation fin section comprising a plurality of sheet materials arranged in parallel and a base plate thermally connecting a heat-generating part to one surface and thermally connecting the radiation fin section to the other surface. The heat sink with the fan further has a frame body being fitted to the base plate and supporting the fan and an elastic member being fitted to the frame body and removably pushing and fixing the fan elastically.
