PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic multilayer substrate which enhances accuracy of a pattern formed by using liquid droplets. SOLUTION: When a main green sheet 23 is laminated, an auxiliary green sheet having a hardness lower than that of a dry pattern PD formed on the main green sheet 23 is arranged on the upper and lower sides of the main green sheet 23 thus forming a laminate. When the dry pattern PD consisting of an aggregate of conductive fine particles Ia written on the main green sheet 23 is pressed by the auxiliary green sheet at a lamination step or a pressure adhesion step, a portion of the auxiliary green sheet touching the dry pattern PD sinks to wrap the dry pattern PD because the auxiliary green sheet has a hardness lower than that of the dry pattern PD.
