The floor nozzle (10) has a suction channel (12) that is provided in a travelling direction (16) of the floor nozzle. The suction channel edges (18,20) are provided before and behind immediately adjacent to the suction channel. The suction channel edges are provided with accumulating bevels that are turned away from the suction channel. A gap between the suction channel edges is closed laterally. The height of the suction channel edge is 0.5mu m.
