The electromotor has winding portions (3,4) that are connected with a power supply unit (11) such that propelling rotational torque acts on a rotor (7). The input of an evaluation unit is supplied to an adaption device (30). A drive circuit (90) is provided to switch the adaption device between a high sensitivity adapter stage and a low sensitivity adapter stage based on a rotor rotational position which is determined by an electronic commutator (10). The power supply unit is provided with a rechargeable lithium battery block.
