摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a die having a fine uneven shape on the surface which is useful for the manufacture of an antiglare film indicating a high antiglare function, and to provide a manufacturing method for the antiglare film by which the falling of visibility by whitening is sufficiently prevented from occurring while indicating the excellent antiglare function, and glare is not generated when the antiglare film is arranged on the surface of a highly precise image displaying apparatus. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the die includes a first plating process, a polishing process, an unevenness forming process, an unevenness adjusting process, a dulling process, and a second plating process. In this case, in the first plating process, a copper plating or a nickel plating is applied on the surface of a base material for the die. In the polishing process, the surface on which the plating has been applied in the first plating process is polished. In the unevenness forming process, an unevenness is formed on the polished surface by throwing a first particle to the polished surface. In the unevenness adjusting process, an uneven shape which has been formed before is adjusted by throwing a second particle having a different size from the first particle to the uneven shape. In the dulling process, a process for dulling the uneven shape after having been adjusted by the second particle is applied. In the second plating process, a chromium plating is applied on the dulled uneven surface. Also, this manufacturing method for the antiglare film using the die is provided.
