The invention relates to a water splash panel (10 figure 1) for a sink unit 12, for minimising the passage of water behind the unit onto an adjacent wall 13. The panel comprises a foot panel portion 14 which extends upon an upper surface of the sink unit in a first plane, and a body panel portion which extends in a second plane between the foot and the wall, and which is arranged to slope away from the wall in a direction which is from the wall to the foot portion. The splash panel may comprise a head panel 16 in a third plane. The foot portion may comprise a seal (19 figure 3) arranged along the edge of the foot panel to provide a water seal between the panel and the upper surface of the unit. The head panel portion may also comprise a seal (20 figure 2) which extends along a rear face portion to provide a seal between the panel and the wall. |
