PURPOSE: A pneumatic bush system for a transversal leaf spring and a control method are provided to control the camber amount of a transversal leaf spring which varies according to operating load by controlling the height difference through an air pressure. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic bush system for a transversal leaf spring comprises an airbag(10), a pneumatic bush(16). The air bag elongates in a longitudinal direction by an air pressure in an access space toward a sealed inner space. A rubber packing(13) is assembled to the lower side of the airbag. The airbag increases a frictional force to the contact surface of a leaf spring(15). The upper part of the airbag is fixed to the frame(20). The air pressure bush has an air compressor connection part(11) for supplying air pressure in an air compressor to the air bag.
