PURPOSE: A device for generating additional power of a moving vehicle is provided by saving frictional resistance. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating power is installed to the front side of a moving vehicle. The frictional resistance is charged in an inner engine, or delivered to a power transfer device. When the engine is operated, the frictional resistance is converted into energy with a device(4) using the mechanism of a water wheel.
