PURPOSE: A slip gear is provided to reduce vibration and to accurately transfer power by coaxially operating first and second slip members. CONSTITUTION: A slip gear(10) comprises first and second slip members(20,30). The first slip member has a housing space and a center hole. A rib(22) is formed around the center hole, and the outer surface thereof is tapered. The second slip member has a smaller outer diameter than the outer diameter of the first slip member and is rotatably received in the housing space of the first slip member. A groove corresponding to the rib is formed on one surface of the second slip member, and a protrusion(34) with teeth is formed on the other surface.
