PURPOSE: A digital map system for combined vector model and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to complete a correct integrating vector model-based map and to conveniently share different kinds of map data. CONSTITUTION: A GVF module(132) extracts a lane from a raster model based map based on a GVF snake model. A first matching module(134) matches a raster model based map with a vector model base map based on a road centerline among extracted lanes. A second matching module(136) matches the raster model based map and the vector model based map based on a road centerline among the extracted lane.
