PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a tube for vehicle bulbs and a device thereof are provided to manufacture two tubes at once from a trimmed glass pipe. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a tube for vehicle bulbs comprises the following steps: heating the middle portion of the cut glass tubes(5) with a first burner(21); forming a narrow portion(51) in the middle portion of the glass tube by pressurizing with a disk-shaped pressing knife(35); cooling the pressed glass tube; manufacturing two tubes(101) in which a connecting port(102) is formed at one time by cutting the cooled glass pipe; clamping the tube and exhaust pipes(103) to a tube clamp and an exhausting pipe clamp and heating the connector of the tube and the lower part of the exhaust pipe with a second burner(45); and combining the lower part of the exhausting pipe with the connector of the tube.
