PURPOSE: A hair pin having a sub gripping unit is provided to strongly fix hairs by increasing frictional force between protrusions and hair because the protrusions are formed of elastic rubber material. CONSTITUTION: A hair pin having a sub gripping unit comprises an upper body(101), a lower body(102), and a sub gripping unit(103). The through hole(104) is formed in a longitudinal direction in the upper body. The sub gripping unit is rotatably combined to the upper body. the sub gripping unit combined with the upper body and the lower body through a through hole. The sub-fixing unit comprises a protrusion part(107) in the bottom. A part of a first spring(105) supported to the upper body is extended while penetrating through an opening(106) which is arranged in the upper part . A part of the first spring is supported to the sub-fixing part.
