APPARATUS FOR REDUCING EMISSION OF VOC FOR OIL TANKER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing the exhaustion of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) from a crude oil carrying vessel is provided to separate VOCs from the mixed gas of VOCs and inert gas and to liquefy the VOCs. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing the exhaustion of VOCs from a crude oil carrying vessel includes a mixed gas exhaustion line(170), a coolant supplying pipe(110), a VOC liquefying container(220), a coolant collecting pipe(160), and an inert gas collecting line(180). The mixed gas exhaustion line exhausts the mixed gas of VOCs and inert gas from a cargo hold which stores crude oil. The coolant supplying pipe supplies coolant from an air conditioning system. The VOC liquefying container liquefies VOCs from the mixed gas. The coolant collecting pipe collects the coolant through the VOC liquefying container to the air conditioning system. A liquefied VOC collecting pipe is connected to the lower part of the VOC liquefying container. The inert gas collecting line is connected to the upper part of the VOC liquefying container.
