PURPOSE: A preparing method of polythiophene derivatives is provided to prepare a polythiophene derivative which is a conductive polymer with introduced various kinds of functional groups under a mild reaction condition. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a compound represented by chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 2: R1ZnX, and a compound indicated in chemical formula 3: R1-Ni(dppe)Cl or chemical formula 3-1: R1-Ni(dppp)cl by reacting Ni(dpppe)Cl2 or Ni(dppp)Cl2; and a step of reacting the compound indicated in chemical formula 3 or chemical formula 3-1 with a compound represented by chemical formula 4 to obtain the compound represented by chemical formula 1.
