PURPOSE: A UVS(Ubiquitous Virtual Screen) data transmitting method and a charging method thereof are provided to perform charging of data in case of transmitting a multimedia service to a terminal for vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A base station confirms that a second device is subscribed to a UVS service(S405). If the second device is subscribed to the UVS service, the base station supplies the UVS service through a first device. The base station transmits UVS data(S408). The first device is applied to the UVS data. The base station supplies the UVS data to the first device based on a second tariff system(S411).
