PURPOSE: A learning management method using a terminal with a touch screen and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to manage learning contents by using the terminal with the touch screen, thereby improving learning ability of the user. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(16) includes a touch screen. A main control unit(10) receives information corresponding to an inputted command from a database. A data process unit(11) calculates data stored in the database. The data process unit outputs the processed data. A time control unit(18) outputs control signals necessary for a timer/a counter and a time process unit(20).
