PURPOSE: A wholly aromatic polyester amide copolymer resin is provided to provide a polymer film with excellent low expansion, low absorption ratio, high dimensional stability, low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. CONSTITUTION: A wholly aromatic polyester amide copolymer resin comprises 20-50 parts by mole of a repeating unit derived from an aromatic hydroxy carboxylic acid, 20-40 parts by mole of at least one repeating unit selected from a repeating unit derived from aromatic amine with a phenolic hydroxy group, and a repeating unit derived from aromatic diamine, 20-40 parts by mole of a repeating unit selected from aromatic dicarboxylic acid, and 1-10 parts by mole of a repeating unit derived from phosphate-based compound which comprises a hydroxy group.
