A SOLAR CELL AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase incoming light amount of a semiconductor layer by re-reflecting light which goes out to an opposite direction with an incidence direction through a thin film layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(1300) is formed on a substrate. A semiconductor layer(1400) is equipped on the first electrode layer. A second electrode layer(1500) is formed on the semiconductor layer. A thin film layer(1200) is deposited on the second electrode layer. The thin film layer increases amount of light which is incoming to the semiconductor layer.
