PURPOSE: A fluid valve with a flow rate detecting part is provided to check flow rate in real time and to increase the accuracy of controlled flow rate by installing a flow rate detecting part to the flow rate control part. CONSTITUTION: A fluid valve with a flow rate detecting part comprises a valve body(200), a flow rate control member(300), a flow body(410), a rotating member, a RPM sensor(430), a conversion part, and a display. The valve body comprises an inlet, an outlet, a fluid passage, a valve seat, and an installation hole. The flow rate control member is assembled to the installation hole and controls flow rate passing through the fluid passage. The flow body is coupled to the inlet of the valve body. The rotating member comprises an impeller. The RPM of the impeller is changed according to an amount of fluid passing through a communicating passage. The RPM sensor counts the RPM of the impeller. The conversion part converts the RPM of the counted rotating member to flow rate values. The display outputs the converted values.
