<p>PURPOSE: Packing film can show and retain the excellent mechanical property, presents exceptional flexibility, transparency, thermal resistance, and processibility, and there is no worry on pollution or toxicity due to catalyst residues and monomers. CONSTITUTION: Packing film is composed of lactide copolymer. The lactide copolymer mentioned above is composed of two or more of block copolymer repeating units of chemical equation 1 mentioned below which consists of hard segment of polylactide repeating unit connected to the both ends of soft segments of polyether polyol repeating unit. The block copolymer repeating units mentioned above are connected each other via urethane linker that is derived from multi-valent isocyanate having more than 2 and less than 3 isocyanate groups per molecule. For the chemical equation 1 mentioned above, D is C2-10 linear or branched alkylene group, x is integer between 30 and 500, and n is integer between 30 and 100.</p> |
