PURPOSE: A hollow concrete member having a low weight and an outstanding strength, and a concrete structure using the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A hollow concrete member(100) comprises a main body(110) and a hollow member(120). The main body(110) is formed by concrete material. The hollow member(120) is formed by steel material or synthetic resin material. The hollow member(120) is embedded inside the main body(110) in order to form a hollow.
