EDIBLE COMPOSITION WITH TASTE-MASKING

PURPOSE: An edible composition without the bitter or spicy taste is provided to enable users to easily intake the composition by blocking at least one unpleasant taste. CONSTITUTION: An edible composition contains 100 parts of main ingredient by weight with at least one taste selected from the bitter taste or the spicy taste, and 0.01-2 parts of cellulose ether. The cellulose ether is selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose(HPMC), methyl cellulose(MC), carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC), and their combination.
