PURPOSE: A rubber strip manufacturing device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to control the thickness reduction of rubber caused by a creep because the pre-formed rubber is released from pressing of upper and lower calender rolls in the state of a rotation-off state of the calender roll. CONSTITUTION: A rubber strip manufacturing device(1) comprises a rubber extruder(2), a calender roll unit(10), a calendering device(3), and a control unit. The rubber extruder kneads rubber(G) and an extruding head(7) of the rubber extruder intermittently extrudes the rubber from a performing port(Y). The calender roll unit rolls the rubber into rubber strips of the final thickness in between upper and lower calender rolls(8a,8b). A roll gap changing unit(9) moves the upper and lower calender rolls closely to or separately from each other The control unit controls the rotation of a gear pump(6) and the rotation of the calender roll respectively. |
