PURPOSE: A wavelength conversion composite, a light emitting element including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent external oxygen and moisture by including a protective film arranged around a wavelength conversion particle. CONSTITUTION: A protective film(20) is arranged around a wavelength conversion particle(10). The wavelength conversion particle comprises a quantum dot. The protective film comprises polymer. A nanocrystal shell surrounds a nanocrystal core(11). The protective film covers the whole external side of the wavelength conversion particle.
