PURPOSE: A maximally efficient array organization for utilizing a housing site in case of construction for a group of Korean-style houses(Korean-style town house) is provided to secure an optimal residential space by optimizing a construction area in comparison with a housing site area and maximally securing a prospect right in case of construction for Korean-style houses, thereby maximizing an efficiency for utilizing the restricted housing site. CONSTITUTION: A maximally efficient array organization for utilizing a housing site in case of construction for a group of Korean-style houses(Korean-style town house) comprises the steps of: peripherally laying out Korean-style houses in L and reverse-L shapes to reduce the necessity for securing a large housing site which is the weakness of a Korean-style house; centrally laying out a central park which is a co-owned share for more laying out the houses in the restricted housing site and optimally securing a prospect right on each household; laying out an one-way road on the periphery of the housing site for enhancing a parking accessibility on each household; collectively laying out L and reverse-L shapes of the houses, thereby maximally utilizing the restricted housing site.
