<p>PURPOSE: An automatic transmission is provided to reduce case diameter by arranging four friction coupling members on the back side of an output member. CONSTITUTION: An input member inputs rotation of a driving source. A first friction coupling member(13R/C) selectively connects the input member and a front sun gear. A second friction coupling member(234/C) selectively connects the input member and a common carrier. A third friction coupling member(12/B) selectively fixes rear sun gear on an automatic transmission case. A fourth friction coupling member selectively fixes the front sun gear on the automatic transmission case.</p> |
