The device has transport carriages (1a, 1b) moveable along guiding tracks (2a, 2b) that are formed in a longitudinal direction along road beds (11, 12 13). The guiding tracks are arranged opposite to each other for forward movement and backward movement of the transport carriages with respect to cross sections of the road beds. An opening part and an end part of the road beds are movable i.e. rotatable, around a longitudinal axis (10'), so that the guiding tracks are brought in an aligned connection to guiding tracks of the road bed (12). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for moving transport carriages from an opening to an end of a transport roadway and from the end to the opening of the transport roadway (2) a packing machine. |
