PURPOSE: A hair setting composition containing useful polymers and oil is provided to express natural hair style without flaking. CONSTITUTION: A hair setting composition contains useful polymers and oil. The HLB value of the useful polymer is 0.01-6. A copolymer contains 1-80 parts by weight of (meth)acrylate-based monomer units(A and B), 1-20 parts by weight of monomer units(C) containing a carboxyl group, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of soap monomers(D) as active ingredients, which are denoted by chemical formula 1.
